To be happy, one must forgive,
free your thought, start to seed;
For what had been planted,
will always grow as expected.


Do you know someone, maybe a friend, a colleague or a neighbor having a supposedly healthy lifestyle yet died at a younger age? Do you know that some of the causes of strokes and cancers are found in our brain? We sometimes kill ourselves for we have not learned how to forgive.

Anger and resentment initiates the fight or flight mode within us. The normal task of the brain was to see to it that every part of your body is healthy and it provides the best available nutrients and body defenses. What happens when anger is initiated is that the brain directs its resources to a fight or flight mode. With high levels or prolonged production of cortisol in your body at this state, will result to an increase of your blood sugar, suppression of your immune system or a decrease in bone production. You will never be truly happy not unless you learn how to forgive. Forgive yourself and forgive others. Anger will stand as one of the emotional blocks that keeps you away from your goals. It may not be an easy task to do but it always works.
